Brian Dickerson is a real estate broker and investor, and works with entrepreneurs to grow their business with direct and internet marketing. Coming from a background as an analyst, Brian was a natural at selecting farm areas and analyzing deals.

Brian quickly learned the bottleneck was going to be finding enough deals, and determined that marketing was the answer. He quickly started searching out the top marketers in the real estate field, and learning everything they had to teach. Pretty soon, Brian was crafting and testing his own marketing pieces that were consistently outperforming the old standards that competitors were using.

Brian became known for making 3-5 times the national averages on his wholesale deals, and for completing rehabs in as little as 3 days, all of which he credits to the systems he built. After repeated requests to share these systems, Brian started speaking to groups and then authored ‘The Ultimate Wholesale System,’ in which he shared all of his systems, tools, and techniques. His system is now being used from coast to coast and in Canada.

Brian has since been featured on television, magazine, and seminar stages across the country, where he loves sharing what’s working best with other investors. It was this desire to share with other investors that led to the creation of his website BrianDickersonFlips.com in 2006.

Brian continues to work with  investors of all skill levels in numerous capacities – from regular correspondence with readers of the website, to his home study courses and mentoring opportunities.

As real estate marketing has changed, so has Brian’s focus. Internet Marketing for Real Estate Investors draws on Brian’s experience both in internet marketing (which started back in 2001 when he worked at a dot com startup) and the specific application of internet marketing to real estate businesses.

According to Brian, “With nearly 100% of buyers and sellers turning to the internet to sell or buy their house, you need to either “be found” when they go looking, or you won’t be able to afford the cost of acquisition using traditional marketing.”
